Consultation PAYG

As a team, we are aware that the growing cost of living and waiting times for support from pet professional can be longer and more costly than you would hope and leave you, as the owner, feeling worried as you wait for the support you desperately need access to now.

Therefore, we are offering a new service to help lower the costs of support for your dog and allows you to spread out the cost, through our new pay as you go service! These sessions will still deliver the same quality of service and resources as our premier consultations but on your terms, when you need them.

After your consultation you will receive a report with a training guide of where to go from here, access to our online courses, instructional videos and client portal where you can message us and share videos of your progress, plus the opportunity to join our monthly group support sessions – Meerkat Monday for 3 months. This offers you the flexibility and freedom to extend to access to our resources and book additional sessions on your terms and in your time. We are also offering two free catch ups which you can also book at the time you book your consult. We recommend booking the first around 3/4 weeks after your consult date and the second 8/9 weeks after your consult date. you can always reschedule if needed.

You have a few options for getting your vet’s sign-off. First, you can have your vet sign the referral form alongside you. If time is tight, you can instead ring your vet practice and ask them to send your dog’s records to [email protected], along with a note confirming you’ve given permission for the records to be shared and for the vet to speak with your Control the Meerkat behaviourist. Alternatively, simply let your vet know they may be contacted by us directly — we’ll reach out to the practice ourselves — but please email us once you’ve informed them so we know to expect their call.
